We are hiring a Part-Time to Full-Time Sales Associate with a background in Sales. We are a small independent eBike shop emphasizing personalized customer service and outstanding sales expertise. We put the customer and the employee experience front and central, and want the experience to be fun and comfortable.
We are looking for someone who can work up to five part of full-time days a week. This schedule can be fixed or flexible, although we also have events which are often the most fun part of working in the shop.
This position involves working with the Sales Team: you will be responsible for selling ebikes, accessories and gear. The Sales Team also: organizes and manages events, coordinates social media, merchandizes the shop, and works together to create more efficient and effective systems. This a fun and creative job, and we are looking for someone with excellent sales skills, an enthusiastic can-do attitude, and who is not afraid to think outside of the box. We are a spicee team for a reason!
If you are enthusiastic about riding and selling bikes, amazing, but any strong sales background and record is great. Be open minded and ready to learn. Our customers come from all backgrounds, and many have not cycled before. We want someone who can connect with all kinds of people and help them understand why e-bikes are right for them.
