We are hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate with a background in Bicycle or related Sales. We are a small independent eBike shop emphasizing personalized customer service and outstanding sales expertise. We put the customer and the employee experience front and central, and want the experience to be fun and comfortable.
We are looking for someone who can work one or two days a week with the potential to work more days when the bike season ramps up in late spring. This schedule can be fixed or flexible, although we occasionally have events for which it would be great (but not necessarily required) to have extra help. We understand that the ideal candidate may have other responsibilities.
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with excellent sales skills and an enthusiastic can-do attitude. If you are enthusiastic about riding and selling bikes, amazing, but any strong sales background and record is great. Be open minded and ready to learn. Our customers come from all backgrounds, and many have not cycled before. We want someone who can connect with all kinds of people and help them understand why e-bikes are right for them, help them find right bike and the right accessories.
