At the Dragontree our ultimate intention is to seed our community with centered, peaceful and healthy people. In all actions we want to come from a place of welcoming, with the intention of creating a space and an experience for our clients that facilitates healing. We currently have availability for part-time therapists at our Boulder Pearl Street location.
As a member of our talented Dragontree team of therapists you will meet with clients at varying places along their journeys. This creates an opportunity to facilitate pain relief, relaxation, and rest.
We are looking for therapists with exceptional therapeutic skills as well as the ability to:
-Consult with clients on their needs and design and perform therapeutic massage sessions ranging from 10 to 90 minutes
-Recommend professional care/services and quality retail products -Uphold spa standards of cleanliness and presentation
-Positive attitude and stamina
-Willingness and desire to participate in a dynamic team environment The ideal candidates will also have to meet the following requirements:
-Current Colorado massage license and professional liability insurance
-Proficient in massage techniques including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Facilitated Stretching
-Previous spa experience preferred -Minimum of two shifts required, with preference given to those with scheduling flexibility
-Consistently friendly, positive, and professional with all clients and team members -Ability to easily adapt to demands and pace of the spa environment
-Desire and willingness to build a repeat client base through the use of referrals, development of a treatment plan, and by using promotional materials available
-Punctual and aware of timing for client sessions In addition to a vibrant working environment in a great location, employees will have opportunities to receive advanced training in a variety of bodywork techniques.
Must be able to work on Weekends and Holidays
