We primarily focus on the installation, repair, maintenance and upgrade of solar thermal water heating and space heating systems. That said, we are regular called-in to replace or repair boilers, tankless water heaters, zone manifolds, and basic hydronic equipment. Our company prides itself in being able to retrofit existing systems to integrate with various heat delivery mechanisms (radiant floors, kick-space heaters, furnace heat exchanger ducts, etc.) and likewise we install new solar thermal systems and integrate them with older heat-delivery systems. We have been in business for 26 years and have done hundreds of full system installations.
We are currently looking to expand our team with (2) service technicians.
Must be:
available close to full-time (30-40 hrs/wk)
hard-working
works well with others
willing to learn new skills on the job
willing to drive to the office and/or job-site
have basic hand-tools and a knowledge of how to use them
able to carry 60+ pounds (for panel removal and replacement)
eager to implement alternative energy components
Beneficial if the applicant has ( but not mandatory):
experience with basic plumbing and boilers
an understanding of hydronic heating systems
a mechanical aptitude
a master mechanical license
$20-$30/hr Depending on experience level
