Job Description:
Irrigation Tech:
Will interact well with clients and crew members. Activate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and winterize sprinkler systems. Evaluate systems and suggest areas for improvement and increased efficiency. Irrigation tech will lead a small team for larger projects and system installation. Willing and able to trench by hand, or run a trenching machine.
Job requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience as an irrigation technician
-Skilled in system troubleshooting and repairs
-Preferred knowledge of pump systems
-Familiar with sprinkler system design
-Strong attention to detail
-Works well independently and with team members
-Use of personal phone for irrigation timer applications and scheduling application
-Valid driver's license
Landscape Maintenance/Irrigation Apprentice:
Will perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks and assist with irrigation work while learning the trade. Landscape tasks include pruning, general cleanup, weed pulling, turf maintenance, soil preparation and planting/seeding. Irrigation tasks include building drip systems, replacing heads, repairing pipes, and trenching/digging.
Job Requirements:
-Previous experience in the landscape industry
-Familiar with general pruning and bed cleanup
-Learning mindset- wants to learn the irrigation trade
-Works well independently and with team members
-Use of personal phone for irrigation timer applications and scheduling application
-Valid driver's license
We offer a flexible schedule, both part time and full time positions. For the right people, we will match the schedule to your availability and desired hours.
Pay based on experience and availability
In winter we do snow removal. Potential roles include plow or machine operator, crew lead, or shoveling. Full time, year round employment is available, but not required.
