We are looking for a Lead Hardwood Floor Technician.

As a Lead Technician, you will:

· Oversee a crew of craftspeople

· We use traditional installation techniques that stand the test of time along with our dust-free sanding technology.

· Lead, train, and get along with everyone on the jobsite; Mentor crew members and train apprentice(s) as needed.

· Communicate well with customers on a regular basis during each job.

· Coordinate with management as needed.

· Demonstrate the proper use of all tools in a safely manner.

· Organize, prepare, and ensure supplies and equipment are ready to complete your daily tasks.

· NOTE: Must be very knowledgeable in all aspects of hardwood floors; species, processes, and products used. Must hold a current driver’s license.

· Staircase work a plus.
