Job Summary
The ideal Lead Gutter Installer will have 3+ years of gutter installation experience with operating 5"/6" combo gutter machines. The ideal candidate is organized and self-sufficient. The Lead Gutter Installer must be able to lead a minimum of a 2 man crew which includes himself and be able to install 300-500 LF per day while maintaining a safe and clean job-site.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Measure prospective projects and create estimates
Remove existing gutters systems while causing minimal damage to roofing and other structural systems
Fabricate, assemble, and install 300-500 LF of gutters, downspout, and leaf guard per day with the assistance of a laborer
Fabric and install fascia and soffit metal trim
Manage a minimum of a 2 man crew
Quality Control
Maintain a safe and clean job-site
Drive for a min of 2 hrs/day
Properly set up ladders and roll stands
Equipment Maintenance
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of best safety practices
Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
Must be able to install 300-500 LF per day
5+ years experience installing gutters and downspouts
Computer literacy (helpful, not required) ie; email, uploading pictures and documents

Bi-lingual a plus but not required
Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction

Salary: $21.00 /hour-$23/hour- paid weekly
