Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remodeler to join our dynamic team. This role requires mastery in various aspects of construction and remodeling. The ideal candidate will manage and execute remodeling projects from conception to completion, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute remodeling projects, including planning, demolition, construction, and finishing.
Interpret and follow architectural drawings and specifications to ensure precise implementation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure quality and timeliness.
Manage material procurement and ensure the availability of necessary resources for projects.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Remodeler or in a similar role in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid licensing and insurance as required for your trade.
Minimum of 2 years experience in remodeling or a related field.
