This role involves responding to basic service requests, assisting in apartment make-readies, maintaining the exterior of the property, and ensuring clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. The Maintenance Technician I will also be responsible for trash removal, light cleaning, and maintaining the propertys flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. This position requires effective communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about.
