As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate will be essential.

Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multiple high-end residential remodeling projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Work as a key member of the team, being a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to meet deadlines.

Oversee and ensure that all construction activities adhere to plans, specifications, and building codes.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction challenges.

Prepare and present progress reports to clients and the team members ensuring transparency and clear communication.

Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that the finished product meets or exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in residential remodeling or new construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and best practices in residential remodeling.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Experience with Buildertrend or Co-Construct is a plus.

Willingness to learn company processes and procedures and to participate in continuous improvement.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications and takeoff and mark up in Bluebeam or other software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred, but not required.
