Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a thorough understanding of commercial real estate. No financial budgeting or leasing, only managing the operations of the properties.
Duties:
- Manage commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Enforce lease agreements
- Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property needs
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are kepts in a clean and maintained condition.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to real estate management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently
