Part-Time Assistant Maintenance Technician Needed
CB Properties is seeking a dependable and presentable Part-Time Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our commercial properties are located across Longmont and Boulder, and we need someone to help maintain them.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Part-Time (2 days a week to start, with potential for more)
- Locations: Longmont and Boulder
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Responsibilities: Basic handyman work, grounds keeping, trash removal, painting, and various maintenance tasks.
Key Duties:
- Building maintenance and repair services
- Trash pick-up and disposal
- Changing light bulbs
- Fixing/changing flush valves on toilets and fixing leaks
- Paint and drywall repair
- Replacing locks and doorknobs
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness of locations
Qualifications:
- Hard-working, goal-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Prior building/property maintenance experience is a plus
- Must consent to and pass a drug and background screening (including marijuana)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/move for the duration of the shift
- Desire to contribute to a larger mission
