In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and enhancing the functionality of our communication services. The ideal candidate is a professional with a positive, team-focused attitude, demonstrating strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of cellular technologies.Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $82,800 - $106,425 + annual bonus

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

Occasional work during non-standard hours may be required.

When onsite work is required be available to travel (Travel Expectation < 10%)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with cell providers, third-party management companies, procurement partners, and contractors as required.

Ensure timely resolution of endpoint user needs, addressing issues that affect business requirements. Requests are primarily routed through an IT ticketing system, but they may also be received via phone, email, IM, etc.

Collaborate with HR to analyze payroll deductions

Verify proper accounting allocation for all devices through oversight of our Telecom Expense.

Manage Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Provider.

Contributing to continual improvement of wireless coverage and capacity.

Contributing to the development and enforcement of mobile device usage policies.

Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats related to mobile devices.

Assist with the review of lease documents, extract, and compile terms into a single comprehensive document.

Assist with cell infrastructure project planning and management.

Demonstrate understanding of key aspects within vendor contracts.

Maintain accurate records/inventory for cellular and outside plant (OSP) items.

Utilize our procurement system to efficiently order and receive goods and services.

Undertake additional administrative functions as required by the team.

Job Qualifications:

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.

Outstanding collaboration skills coupled with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), device configurations.

Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt and contribute to the improvement of processes within our expanding enterprise mobility platform.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, legal, accounting, or a related discipline preferred.

3+ years of experience in cellular account management, project management, vendor management, accounting, IT, or related fields preferred.

Experience with Coupa and PeopleSoft a plus.

Demonstrated strength in continuous learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.

Excellent individual initiative and a goal-oriented drive.

Outside Plant (OSP) knowledge/experience a plus.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $82,800 - $106,425 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.The perks include a free ski pass, and a set of benefits including
