This is a fully on-site role located in Las Animas, CO.

The successful candidate will oversee the construction and maintenance of bridge projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of bridge construction workers.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Inspect work progress and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bridge Foreman or similar role in construction.

Extensive knowledge of bridge construction techniques and materials.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
