To provide administrative support to the sales teams. Collect medical documentation and information to setup new clients of 180 Medical. Audit patient files to meet state rules and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Request (via fax, email, and phone) necessary documentation for clients
Assist with reporting and tracking for Outside Sales Reps
Contribute on company projects as assigned
Make entries as appropriate in MT2
Assist auditors by answering questions and providing requested information
Send business letters and Thank You card as requested by Sales Team
Cross flow pertinent information with assigned team members and sales reps
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Education:
Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred, not required.
Clerical and administrative experience required.
Possess medical administrative skills
Good verbal and written communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals
Ability to reason and problem solve
Multi task a variety of issues
Strong organization skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
Able to work independently
Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industry
Dimensions:Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
Infrequent light physical effort required.
Occasional lifting under 20 lbs.
