Description Robert Half has partnered with an awesome family office in Centennial in search of a Sr. Fund Accountant! The Sr. Fund Accountant position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $80,000-$100,000!The Sr. Fund Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and workpapers.
Reviews and reconciles external property financials.
Processes fund transactions, including payments to vendors and issuing checks.
Assists with ensuring property acquisitions, dispositions, and refinance transactions are accurately recorded by the external property management accountants.
Reviews and processes property level capital calls.
Assists with fund distribution and capital call calculations, associated payments are made/received timely, and Yardi is updated and maintained accordingly.
Assists with ensuring asset management fees and other required fee calculations are computed in accordance with such documents.
Assists with fund budgeting, forecasting, and other reporting activities.
Other duties and projects as required.
Requirements for the Sr. Fund Accountant include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
3+ years of accounting experience
Real estate/property management, fund accounting, or family office experience
Yardi software experience is preferred, but not required
