Description We are on the lookout for a seasoned Account Supervisor to join our client's Account Services team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for their accounts and oversee multi-disciplinary projects by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.This role is HYBRID in office in CO Springs. Local candidates or candidates interested in relocating will be considered only.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the financial success and growth of the account
Provide strategic guidance to align work with client business goals
Develop and nurture strong client relationships
Identify and pursue new opportunities
Be an expert in the client’s business and industry
Collaborate with the Account Services Director and President on contract and scope development
Address and escalate potential client issues
Build strong internal partnerships with departments like Creative, Media, Digital, and Insights
Requirements
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in an advertising agency, with at least 3 years in account leadership
Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign environments
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
Strategic and consultative with a strong eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and ability to coordinate cohesive teams and programs
Commitment to creative excellence and output
Passion for great work, team collaboration, and the business
Active listening skills and the ability to adapt based on the situation
Diplomatic and empathetic leadership qualities
