This permanent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk is in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area.Key responsibilities
Support, relate, and strengthen the mission, values and culture of the organization
Verify the correctness of documents and codes
Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures
Reply to information requests from stake holders, including shippers, customers, and the sales/marketing department
Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans
Enter and balance financial data in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts
Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP Requirements - Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Strong familiarity with account reconciliation
Command of Collections
JDE EnterpriseOne experience
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Adeptness in customer service
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
High attention to detail
Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
