Turf Pros Solution, a leader in artificial turf installation, is looking for a motivated, detail oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle daily office operations, manage communications, and assist with scheduling.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with inquiries.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client information, project progress, and inventory.
Invoicing & Billing: Assist with invoicing clients and tracking payments.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
Office Organization: Keep the office environment organized, assist with ordering office supplies, and ensure all equipment is functional.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in office administration, ideally in a construction or home improvement industry
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive.
