We are looking for a new member to our team! We have an immediate part-time opening for a Front Office Assistant position at our busy Physical Therapy clinic in Woodland Park.
Hours are based on the Providerâs Schedules. For this position, the need is approx. 25-30 hrs / week. Our current need is for Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 9:00-4:30 (incl. half hour lunch) and Friday 10:00-3:00. Wednesdays are OFF and NO WEEKENDS.
Job requirements include but are not limited to; answering phones professionally and scheduling patients using an electronic schedule format, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for prospective patients, coordinating all referrals, use and maintenance of office supplies / office equipment, communication with our billing company, collect and post co-pays etc.
