Summit Cold Chain, LLC is a Colorado-based distributor supplying pharmacies and telehealth companies with Nordic no-sweat gel packs. We’re growing and looking for our first Sales Rep to join the team.
What you’ll do:
Reach out to local pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, and healthcare businesses
Introduce our Starter Kit ($149 flat) and build recurring supply accounts
Manage relationships and follow up with potential and current customers
What we offer:
$750/month guaranteed base so you’re not chasing on empty
10% commission on all closed recurring accounts (uncapped)
Flexible, independent role — you run your pipeline, we supply the product and backing
What we’re looking for:
Sales experience (B2B or healthcare/pharmacy supply preferred)
Self-starter, comfortable with outreach and follow-up
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Hustler mindset — we’re small but building something real
Compensation: $750/month base + 10% commission (avg. rep should earn $2K–$3K/month as accounts grow).
