Sales Representative – Construction Projects (Residential & Commercial)
We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated sales professional to help grow a well-established construction company that handles residential and commercial projects, including remodels, tenant finishes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and new construction.
This position is 50% in-office and 50% in the field — a perfect mix of organization, communication, and hands-on relationship building. You’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities, meeting potential clients, and setting appointments for the owner to close projects.
Responsibilities:
Talk directly with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and business owners to promote construction services and generate leads.
Visit local properties, job sites, and businesses to build relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Make follow-up phone calls, send emails, and meet clients in person to schedule appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
Work from the office to manage leads in the CRM system, organize outreach, and coordinate with the owner on next steps.
Use social media for light networking and community visibility (no ad management).
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Confident talking with homeowners, property managers, and other professionals.
Experience in construction, remodeling, or service-based sales preferred but not required.
Must be ambitious, goal-oriented, and ready to commit to long-term growth.
Compensation:
Hourly or salary-based depending on experience and commitment.
Opportunity for commission and performance-based bonuses after results are demonstrated.
Flexible schedule; full-time preferred.
