Winds of Change Remodeling is a leading Design Build Remodeling company in Colorado Springs. They specialize in custom high-end kitchens, baths, lower living areas, home additions and full home remodels. They are looking to hire a full time Professional Field Project Manager to oversee and manage remodeling projects.

Job Description Requirements:
Punctual, efficient and professional.
Be able to visualize completed projects and translate details from working plans to field activities.
Strong communications skills are required with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
Able to effectively run multiple jobs in all phases of construction.
Be able to read project plans and manage progress of each project
Follow Gantt charts for managing time frame phases of all projects
Daily site visits of each project
Be able to manage all scopes of work for on-site subcontractors and vendors
Coordinate deliveries of all site materials
Proficient with Construction management software (Co-Construct) /Tech savvy /Mobile Apps/ Microsoft platform
Manage all fieldwork timeframes, manpower, and budgets for each project.
Be able to manage the details of deconstruction phase/ production phase and close out of all projects.
Learn our Design Build processes to ensure every project comes in on time and on budget.
Be a team player
Background Requirements:
5 + years of Residential Remodeling / project management
Technical degree in construction management or similar field is a plus
(Proven real time experience will certainly be considered)
Courses or additional experience and training in managing teams / leadership and motivation is a plus.
General:
Must have reliable transportation
Company will provide company Branded truck for daily work
Pass a background check
Valid Colorado driver’s license and insurance
We are offering a starting annual salary of 60,000 - 65,000 DOE, plus bonuses for reaching specific quarterly goals. There is ample room for advancement within 6 months.
