Looking for a lead MAINTENANCE/REPAIR/CONSTRUCTION Technician. Must have most tools, computer, emails, excel. must have internet connection. need someone with experience in drywall patching, texturing, painting, plumbing, AC systems, and general maintenance, framing. Services include a wide range of residential maintenance including sprinklers, AC, Heat, plumbing leaks, patching, fencing, doors, siding, basement finishing, new construction etc.
This position requires great organizational skills, ability to get things finished, someone who is self motivated. 30-60 hr/ week available.
May be contract work or hourly. $20-45 DOE. vehicle available if needed. Pay weekly
