Unison Builds, LLC, based in Golden, Colorado, is a construction company focusing on luxury custom homes in the mountains. We are a family-owned firm. We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper and office manager to manage our growing workload. Local candidates only please.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping (50%):
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Invoice customers
Prepare financial reports, including monthly income statements and balance sheets.
Reconcile bank accounts and manage petty cash.
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Enter transactions
Payroll processing for about 10 employees.
2. Project Management Assistance & Customer Service (50%):
Help us with construction planning on multiple projects.
Prepare, submit, and monitor building permit applications (mostly Jeffco), well permits, septic permits, land disturbance and grading permits.
Coordinating the various professionals required to complete permitting packages
Bid Management. Help us obtain bids, prepare bid solicitations, vendor and subcontract selection, and subcontract preparation.
Requirements / About You:

Spanish (high proficiency required)

You are organized and manage your time well
You can pass a background check
$50,000 to $55,000 per year.
