$68,000 for right fit

Qualifications are as follows:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a full charge bookkeeper position
Proficient in real time accounting methods
Proficient in QuickBooks payroll, invoicing and payables
Professional communication and letter writing abilities
Attention to details and strong organizational style are a must
Duties:
o Manage company finances through QuickBooks in real time accounting methods
o Weekly Payroll through QuickBooks (30-50 employees)
o Human Resource documentations and processes
o Manage insurance policies, payments, claims, documents etc
o Executive assistant to Owner
o Manage all other daily office requirements
