We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Property Manager to oversee our apartment building, requiring significant time and effort to improve its condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in debt and rent collection, using creative strategies to resolve issues without resorting to the court system. A strong understanding of maintenance is essential, along with excellent decision-making skills to ensure high leasing rates and effective tenant screening. The Property Manager must be highly responsive to calls from management, tenants, and prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations
- Develop creative debt and rent collection strategies.
- Achieve high occupancy rates through effective leasing practices.
- Oversee maintenance issues and make informed decisions.
- Provide regular updates on property performance and tenant issues.
- Screen prospective tenants with good judgement
