Primary responsibilities and expectations include:
Be a part of the team by:
o Efficient and timely processing of customers sales transactions
o Demonstrate and promote high levels of customer service and teamwork
o Arriving on time, and working the hours scheduled / may include holidays
o Follow all G&S policies and procedures, report to manager and assistant manager
Actively assist in completing daily store tasks by:
o Completing daily paperwork and counts
o Completing daily checklists
o Communicate with vendors, check in deliveries accurately
o Continuous stocking and facing of merchandise
o Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the store includes cleaning of store equipment and the interior/exterior of store
o Store Closing
Ensure product quality, and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales and control inventory, meet monthly targets
o Assist in inventory counts each month and cost control
Promote the store within the community
Maintain safety and security of the store
o Regular checks of property, pumps, trash receptacles, greenery, carwash, signs, lights
Other duties as requested

Multi-tasking, problem solving, friendliness and willingness to work as a team
Organization, time management and detail orientation
Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
Previous retail or fast-food experience/convenience store background is a plus
Ability both to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and to stand on your feet for long periods of time
