Customer Service Lead Coordinator

On The Go Household Cleaners LLC is seeking a customer service lead coordinator. Our company currently consists of 13 staff members. We are a family-owned business that is rapidly growing. We have been in business Since November of 2024. We are proud to offer a range of cleaning services to the community of Metro Denver and surrounding areas. We provide everyday standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning services.

We are looking for an experienced, team oriented, customer service driven individual who understands the role the customer service lead coordinator plays to be the "face and voice” of On-the-Go Household Cleaners LLC; and their ability to uphold the positive presentation and efficient skills to ensure scheduling and communication success are extremely valued.

The role of Customer Service Lead Coordinator is available to the right candidate. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and Owner of the company. The following duties include but are not limited to the role:

Reach out to potential customers through lead sources, via phone, system messaging.

Schedule and dispatch clients to our cleaning teams. Knowing a client’s area to schedule jobs cost efficiently.

Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Learn to identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate service.

Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.

Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference them at a later date.

Be able to enter new service requests into the company database.

Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.

Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

Customer Service Lead Coordinator qualifications and job skills are as follows:

Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities

Ability to multitask since some tasks will require the Customer Service Lead Coordinator to communicate with multiple customers at one time.

Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various tasks.

Ability to work independently and stay on task.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

This will be a part-time 20-hour-a-week position that has the potential to become a full-time position over the next few months. Pay will be discussed during the interview process; we are looking to fulfill this role immediately.
