Requirements:
Monday through Friday availability.
On-call position very lax throughout the day.
Independent thinking and problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of computers & smart phone/tablet.
Responsibilities:
Answering client & customer tickets throughout the day.
Replying to and answering basic questions asked by clients and potential customers through our live chat system.
Connecting clients and partners with appropriate departments and other team members.
Forwarding tickets to our IT & Financial Support departments.
Multiple positions available.
Contract offered is 120 days. Hourly pay rate is $22 HR. 40 Hours Weekly.
