Job Summary:

Denver Doors and Locks is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond to emails and manage correspondence efficiently.

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for team members.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.

Assist in processing orders, invoices, and customer payments.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Support management with various administrative tasks and projects.

Ensure a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic bookkeeping software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
