Self Storage manager for small facility
Hours tues-sat 9am-5pm with 30 min lunch daily
duties:
Taking payments
Renting storage units
Renting moving trucks
Hooking up and unhooking trailers
taking trucks as needed to get gas
Answering phones
keeping facility clean by sweeping units and pulling weeds/picking up trash etc as needed
No experience necessary will train the right person
Must be able to hook up trailers and unhook them
Must be comfortable to drive trucks inside the facility and to the gas station
Valid driver license
Must have own vehicle to take bank deposits to the bank as needed
Must be at least 16 years of age
