Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Denver, Colorado, United States. In this role, you will be a key player in the Finance sector, focusing on maintaining financial accuracy and complying with the regulations of non-profit grant accounting. Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate billing for grants Maintain a clear understanding and adherence to the terms, conditions, and requirements of funding contracts Keep track of expenditure as mandated by the grant Assist in the collation of materials for audits conducted by both internal and external auditors Perform other necessary duties as required Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and account reconciliation tasks Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required Must be skilled in Billing processes and procedures Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is expected Experience in Grant Accounting is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
