This includes developing new elements of our value proposition and driving global expansion of the program.This strategic thought leader will need to partner with cross-functional and regional teams in the transformation, growth, and evolution of our omni-channel program to ensure it delivers at pace across customer and commercial objectives. This will include understanding regional barriers to customer engagement and the creation and roll-out of relevant, differentiated regional and country-specific offerings and partnerships in alignment with the global loyalty value proposition. Within our global loyalty framework, the Director will support regional loyalty initiatives for the core money transfer business as well as new product/ecosystem expansion.The Director will collaborate with product, compliance, legal and technology to develop detailed business requirements. This leader will also work closely with customer insights to inform our strategic roadmap and program opportunities. This leader will also be accountable for all program metrics and KPIs, including enrollments, redemptions, revenue, NPS, VOC, program mix and cost, LTV.This is a global, omni-channel role, and the Director, Loyalty Strategy, will need to collaborate across differing times zones daily with our cross-functional partners mostly in North America, Latin/Central America, Europe, and Asia in the near term.This role can be based in either our Denver, CO, headquarters or our New York City office and reports to the VP, Head of Loyalty.Role Responsibilities

Develop the global value proposition for our loyalty program, and relevant, new regional offerings to drive program acquisition, engagement and advocacy.

Develop business requirements in partnership with product, UX, technologies, legal, and compliance.

Work closely with customer insights, data analytics and financial leads to identify opportunities for the value proposition and program roadmap.

Work with partnerships and regional teams to create new program partnerships that benefit our customers, partners, and shareholders.

Lead alignment with executives, regional and cross-functional teams on our vision and roll-out plans to drive awareness and excitement about the program.

Role Requirements

10+ years of work experience in loyalty marketing / marketing strategy or product development

4+ years of experience leading teams in roles with increasing responsibility

Experience with loyalty program strategies and tactics is preferred

Experience in financial services is a plus

MBA preferred

Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills at all levels, including strong presentation skills

Strong strategic thought leadership and analytical skills

The ability to translate customer needs to into specifications and implementation

Experience with customer insights and research methodologies.

Solid knowledge of loyalty platform

Extremely skilled at securing buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders and teams

Proven success partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ideate and build capabilities that deliver customer value.

Ability to develop and manage external partnerships

A strong comfort level with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
