TRUEWERK is seeking an experienced Marketing Director in Denver, Colorado to lead how our brand shows up in the field—and how it scales as we grow across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and enterprise channels. This role partners closely with the CMO, Creative leadership, and cross-functional Team to ensure the brand stays sharp, relevant, and built for the people who rely on it.As Marketing Director, you own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing that earns attention, builds trust, and drives demand. You understand our customer because you respect the work they do—and you make sure everything we put into the market reflects that standard. Every message, campaign, and touchpoint should feel clear, consistent, and true to the craft.This role calls for a hands-on leader who can set direction and roll up their sleeves to get the work done. You lead through clarity and conviction, make decisions grounded in real insight, and move with urgency. You know how to balance long-term brand building with the immediate need to perform—and you thrive in a fast-moving, no-ego environment where the work speaks for itself. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Marketing & PositioningOwn product positioning, messaging, and portfolio-level strategy to clearly differentiate TRUEWERK in the marketCollaborate cross-functionally to bring products to life through compelling storytelling that drives both conversion and brand equityPartner with CMO, Creative, and cross-functional Team members to evolve the TRUEWERK brand and ensure consistent expression across touchpointsApply customer, market, and competitive insights to continuously refine positioning and inform product and marketing decisionsGo-to-Market (GTM) & Integrated MarketingLead GTM planning across product launches and campaigns, including strategy, calendar, prioritization, and cross-functional alignmentDrive integrated campaigns from concept through launch across channels, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impactGuide paid, earned, and experiential efforts to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment to GTM objectivesB2B, Wholesale & Growth ChannelsPartner with Sales to drive growth across enterprise (B2B) and wholesale channels through tailored strategies and enablementDevelop channel- and account-specific approaches that support sell-through, partner engagement, and brand presenceLead brand activation and marketing efforts that build awareness and credibility with trade professionals
