As our Front of House Supervisor you will….

Prepare the shift schedule and the daily role schedule and ensure that all shifts are filled, resolving staffing issues timely

Resolve issues escalated by associates during shift and escalate emergent issues to AGM

Oversee bar check-in/check-out process

Serve as MOD while on shift

Oversee the daily schedule

Ensures a great experience for all guests

Conduct inventory counts, ensuring that bar/park has all supplies needed to deliver service

Help build a high performing, engaged team. Have coaching conversation/delivering feedback on issues. Escalating disciplinary issues and documenting - to manager

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working in hospitality with at least 1 year of lead/supervisory experience

Experience in herding cats (leading a group of people)

Must be reliable and punctual because these pups won't wait all day!

You put your laundry in the hamper and not in “that chair in the corner” (you're organized!)

You've put together a piece of IKEA furniture right the first time (you're thorough and detail-oriented!)

Availability to work some major holidays

$20-22 per hour compensation range

About Skiptown: Skiptown is on a mission to make the lives of pets and their people easier, and even more fun, through a tech-enabled, premium pet services ecosystem, and state-of-the-art facilities. Our 52,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor space in RiNo offers dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training and a social bar - and will soon expand to include retail. Physical Requirements:

Capable of physical movements requiring the use of legs, wrists, hands and/or fingers including kneeling and bending.

Ability to work in an outside environment, sometimes in adverse weather conditions such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, or snow.

Ability to be on your feet and/or walking up to eight (8) hours per day for at least four (4) hours at a time frequently on uneven or hilly walking surface.

Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds.

Must be 21+ years of age
