The Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for selling services to existing install base of equipment via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. Focus on service selling, qualification and expansion of existing contracts. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.This position is part of the North America Commercial Service team located in Loveland, CO, and will be onsite, however we will consider remote candidates.In this role, a typical day will look like:

Responsible for managing and growing a sales territory with a challenging, yet achievable growth target.

Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for closure using funnel management techniques, for the development and growth of individual sales territory. This includes but is not limited to, providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible.

Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.

Collaborate with other Inside Sales Service Account Managers to improve processes.

Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate.

The essential requirements of the job include:

3 years minimum sales experience, progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment.

Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening and deepening solution placement.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce

Ability to handle technical questions relating to the product.

Knowledge of the operation of plants and/or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and/or water control regulations that apply to plants helpful.

The salary range for this role is $28 - $30 USD/ Hour This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado . This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
