We are seeking an IT Service Desk Manager for a direct hire/permanent role in Denver, CO.

This role can work a hybrid schedule where you will mostly work remote, with the option to come into the office for meetings or projects when need be. Those who reside in Colorado or wish to relocate for this role are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will oversee 4 IT professionals ranging from IT Help Desk to IT Systems Administration as well as jumping in occasionally to support end user support. This role is technical in nature and can be hands on. The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Running the internal IT Operations support that include Tier 1 IT Service Desk, Tier 2/3 end user computing infrastructure, audio/video, and network equipment and phone systems.
  • Responsible for the Incident and Request management through the cloud ITSM toolset.
  • Supervise the deployment of new workstation/laptop builds as well as the refresh program for End-of-Life hardware.
  • End user client software installations, application validation, configuration, cloud productivity tools and license management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from an accredited four (4) year college or university; or four years in a related field; or any combination of experience and/or training equivalent to bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus five years related experience.
  • Five (5) years of client computing experience, preferably in financial services.
  • IT Help Desk or IT User Support Leadership experience
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Demonstrated Technical skills in complex, highly available, secure networks, and infrastructure.
  • Exemplary technical and business assessment skills to evaluate strategic value of technology systems, data solutions and work processes to serve members and employees.
  • Microsoft Platform, Productivity, and Cloud Solutions
  • Understanding of networking, security, and collaboration platforms
  • Automation – Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc - Nice to have
  • Scripting experience – Powershell, VBS, Perl, etc.- Nice to have
  • Financial Core System Management - Symitar/JHA/ProfitStars a plus
  • ITIL Certification

Additional knowledge of the following a plus:
  • IT Frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, ISO 20000)
  • Process Improvement methodologies (Lean, 6 Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Event, Configuration, Project and Release Management
  • Vendor Management/Procurement
Additional Information

This direct hire/permanent role is based out of Denver, CO. This role can work a hybrid schedule where you will mostly work remote, with the option to come into the office for meetings or projects when need be. This role will pay between $105,000- $115,000 per year (with some flexibility for senior level experience) and will offer a 12% bonus along with a comprehensive benefits package, generous time off, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement.
