Operations Support Manager

Job Summary: The Operations Support Manager is responsible for leading a team and managing day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the portfolio. This role is accountable for team performance, operational delivery, and maintaining efficient workflows that support broader business objectives.The Operations Support Manager makes tactical decisions that impact both the immediate team and cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution. Working closely with Directors and cross-functional partners, this role plays a critical part in driving operational effectiveness, developing team members, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

 Essential Functions:  Leads, coaches, and develops a team of Specialists and/or Leads, driving performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.Sets clear expectations, priorities, and goals aligned with operational and strategic objectives while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Manages day-to-day operations and workflows to ensure seamless execution, overseeing team output for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.Allocates resources and prioritizes work to meet deadlines and evolving business needs while resolving escalations and removing workflow barriers.Makes tactical decisions that impact team operations and cross-functional execution, adjusting priorities and workflows as needed and escalating high-risk issues appropriately.Partners with Directors and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, coordinate initiatives, and ensure successful execution of projects and programs.Serves as a key point of contact for team-related initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.Identifies operational challenges and drives process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.Implements and reinforces standardized processes, tools, and best practices while ensuring documentation is maintained and consistently utilized.Oversees reporting, data accuracy, and performance tracking; monitors key metrics; identifies trends; and provides insights and recommendations to leadership to improve outcomes.
