DescriptionCGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally. A Brief Overview The Senior Vice President is a member of the executive team, which helps sets the overall vision and mission of the organization. Tthe Senior Vice President supports all services, pursuits, and initiatives for the organization and is a key member of the executive leadership team. The Senior Vice President is responsible for assisting in the development of strategies across the company to meet budgets, priority goals and is a primary contributor to the development of the organization's strategic plan. What you will do

Supports efforts to ensure progress toward priority goals and evaluates results to ensure that business unit, organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.

Further developing the CGL leadership team; bringing industry best practices, innovative approaches to problem solving and coaching and development of employees.

Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in competencies and establish effective decision-making processes that achieve goals and objectives.

Communicates the value of our justice services to our clients, government officials, partners and staff, and foster the highest excellence in our consulting services.

Support budget management with EVP, Director of Justice Services and CEO.

Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create business strategy.

Maintain an active part in development and strategic thinking of the Executive Team.

Focus on forging the CGL brand across the industry.

Create and promote a positive, inclusive work environment that support consistency throughout the organization's strategic and operational methods.

To lead selected high profile projects and give growth opportunities to emerging staff and that advance the knowledge of our justice staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Required

Master's Degree from an accredited institution Preferred

7-9 years professional leadership experience Required

1-3 years in a Sr. Leadership role Preferred

Demonstrated senior leadership skills/competencies such as ability to influence others, presentation skills and business acumen.

Adopts a philosophy that cultivates the concepts of self-determination and person-centered service delivery.

Cross-functional collaboration experience - pursuits, business development, marketing, and technology.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to present confidently to board members, executive management and third parties.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Requires a strong blend of strategic, technical, and business development skills. This role calls for a collaborative leader that has great communication skills and a vision and passion for growth and development.

Compensation We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
