Human Resources Consulting GroupThe Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) Senior Director leads and provides oversight to HR colleagues principally responsible for broad HR consulting services to people leaders and associates across the enterprise. This job will lead the enablement and career transition & mobility teams. This job will focus on promoting a positive workplace environment through coaching on effective communication, performance management and conflict resolution.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute on the enterprise career transition & mobility strategy.

Gathers input from key stakeholders to enhance workforce restructuring efforts across the organization.

Serves as a career coach to senior key talent and oversees the enterprise career coaching program.

Manages performance of direct reports through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to foster team engagement, motivation, and development.

Provides coaching and consultation to people leaders and associates on progressive counseling, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Serves as a point of escalation on complex performance and associate conflict issues.

Provides technical advice, counsel, and guidance to associates on company policies and procedures.

Develops and provides training/guidance to departments on the disciplinary process and makes recommendations on strategy to resolve associate problems and reduce turnover.

Track metrics related to HRCG success and progress, manage, and run the meeting and reporting cadences with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of Human Resources experience

5+ years of employee relations/HRBP experience

2+ years leading others through cross-functional projects and/or initiatives.

1+ years of experience providing coaching and consultation in a centralized HR business partner operating model.

Bachelor’s Degree; Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree field

Ability to apply analytical thinking, HR consulting skills, and contracting and influencing skills.

MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel Experience

Strong communication and presentation skills, both one-on-one and in groups

Ability to effectively deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload.

Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly.

Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems.

Able to travel 10-15% based on business needs

Base Pay Range: $160,000/yr. - $190,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
