Position SummaryThe Temporary Project Manager, Digital & Ecommerce leads major digital and ecommerce initiatives for the Aspen One portfolio, with immediate ownership of day-to-day projects keeping businesses on track. This role will be a key partner and driver of planned website migrations and web redesign, including early involvement in planning a longer-term ecommerce platform migration. This role drives complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategy through execution, partnering closely with brand marketing, product and user experience (UX), business unit (BU) leadership, and external vendors as well as executive team members. This temporary position will help to lead the organization through a period of significant digital platform change. The salary range for this temporary position is equivalent to a rate of $70,500 to $95,000 yearly. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience. Job Posting DeadlineApplications for this temporary position will be accepted until September 1, 2026. Essential Job FunctionsLead end-to-end planning and execution of the website migration launching this winter, owning the project plan, vendor and internal workstream coordination, risk management, and go-live readiness. Lead the upcoming ski web redesign, partnering with brand marketing, product and UX, and BU stakeholders to define scope, sequence workstreams, define business goals, and drive the project from discovery through end of contract. Partner with product team on scoping and planning for a longer-term ecommerce platform migration, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, vendor/platform evaluation support, and early roadmap development. Serve as the senior-level point of contact for major digital and ecommerce initiatives, representing the digital and ecommerce team in cross-functional and leadership discussions. Own project scope, timelines, and budget tracking for large, multi-phase initiatives, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans with minimal oversight. Lead planning meetings and steering committee updates for major initiatives, ensuring executive stakeholders have clear visibility into status, risks, and decisions needed. Support in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies supporting migration and redesign work, holding them accountable to scope, timeline, and quality. Partner with business units to align seasonal product launch timelines with major platform and site initiatives, resolving conflicts and sequencing dependencies. Own and evolve documentation, governance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital and ecommerce projects. Lead kickoff meetings and workstream planning for strategic initiatives across ecommerce, digital marketing, and MarTech. Oversee web and content update workflows across BU sites during migration and redesign phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time execution. Identify and implement improvements to planning, governance, and project management processes across the digital and ecommerce team. Run weekly team and cross-functional meetings to support daily business operations.  Other duties as assigned.
