New Hibachi and Sushi restaurant is hiring for experienced and passionate skilled Full time team members.
For Hibachi/Sushi chefs
Responsibilities:
. Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi and specialty items with consistency.
. Maintain the highest standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness (food handling course certificate is required-will be paid by employer)
. Interact with guests in a professional manner.
. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
. Knife skills and knowledge of Sushi/Hibachi preparations.
. Strong teamwork and reliability.
. 2+years of experience in Japanese cuisine (Sushi and Hibachi)
Compensation: wage+ tips (Annually 50K-75K Hibachi) and (40K-60K Annually Sushi Chef) DOE
For Kitchen Chef
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Japanese kitchen cuisine is preferred
. Ability to work in a fast -paced, high volume kitchen apply for all staff.
. Understanding of food safety standard ( food handling certificate course will be provided)
. Passionate about food , respectful, professional and team oriented attitude.
. Delivering quality and consistency in every dish.
. Compensation 40K-50K Annually DOE
For Servers
Responsibilities:
. Great guests and guide them through our menu.
. Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks promptly
. Provide attentive, high quality service.
. Work as part of the team.
. Wage+tips 50K-75K annually DOE
All team required to work on weekends and Holiday
Interview will be Monday- Friday between 10:00AM-1:00PM.
