We are seeking a reliable Sushi Chef / Assistant to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (with a break from 3:00 – 4:00 PM)
Friday: Regular shift with a break from 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Compensation:
Base pay: $21–$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Plus tips: $5–$10 per hour on average
Effective hourly rate: $26–$34 per hour
Requirements:
Sushi preparation experience preferred (willing to train the right assistant)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliability and professionalism
