Housekeepers are the backbone of hospitality.
We are currently looking for an additional housekeeper to join our team. We want a housekeeper who can efficiently accomplish predictable tasks, ensure guest satisfaction and be dependable to the hostel schedule.
40 hours, 5 days a week (must be available on weekends), 10-4 pm.
Our hostel has check-out at 11 am and check-in at 3 pm.
Your shift will always include:
25-30 bed flips each day, twin bunk beds
17 private toilet and shower stalls cleaned and stocked
9 dorms cleaned
4 stories vacuumed and dusted
To do this kind of work, you must be able to:
Use hands to lift, carry or pull objects that may be heavy. Understand simple instructions. Read and execute cleaning scope. Work around other vendors on occasion. Learn simple procedures and techniques. Perform routine work or the same task over and over again. Be available to work days, and weekends.
Physical Demands: Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, seeing, feeling.
