We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory control.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff by recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Prepare event food orders for catering our private event space.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen management role.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and dining standards.
Background in hospitality management is preferred.
Proficient in inventory control practices to manage stock efficiently.
Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations.
Experience with private event catering
