Looking to add one line cook/chef to our Kitchen for the summer season and beyond. Escape Denver's summer heat and head up the mountains to Pine, CO only 20 minutes from the 285/470 split. Crossroads Pub & Grill is a high volume but low pressure restaurant serving smoked meats, grilled items & Pizza. We are looking for someone who is competent, fast on the line & drama free. You will find a competent & happy kitchen with many people who are flexible and can fulfill any role.
We are looking for a person that work a busy line with experience reading tickets. Need to be able to communicate and work with the kitchen staff. While we are looking for a strong line cook we could use a Cook/Prep or Cook/Chef or Cook/Smoker as well. We need someone who has a lot left in the tank and wants to join in and build on our current success. You will be compensated for what you bring to the restaurant from wages to bonuses to even equity if you are the reason we continue to grow.
As a restaurant we are a close knit group consisting of a small staff that work a lot of hours. While we are a tight knit family it is easy to fit in if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
