We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced server to join our team in a fine-dining Chinese restaurant. As a server, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
· Provide warm friendly, and professional services fit for a fine dining setting
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful
· Comfortable with executing table-side food service for select dishes
· Comfortable selling, describing and opening bottles of wine in front of guests
· Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
· Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
· Maintain a clean and organized dining area
· Work as part of a team to provide excellent service
Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining preferred
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
· Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours
