Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced server to join our team at Wok Spicy, a fine-dining Chinese restaurant. As a server, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Provide friendly and professional service suitable for a fine dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful
- Execute table-side food service for select dishes
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally
- Handle payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain a clean and organized working area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
- 1 year of experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive, kind, and respectful attitude
- Self-motivated with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability able to stand on your feet for up to 810 hours
