Sous Chef
Looking for a true ninja of a sous chef. Sous chef is and always will be the hardest position in the kitchen. We are looking for 2 more sous chefs. You MUST BE A LEADER. We are not looking for passengers here. We want engaged, focused, clear communication, humorous, life loving, food loving, people uplifting, hardworking, adult like, people to spend all our time with. This is a very professional kitchen. Good pay and better benefits. Average hours worked is around 50 hrs over 5 days per week… once we get up and established.
This is a market driven Pasta/Italian restaurant in the Denver Tech Center. We will be focusing on making our own pastas- we have an extruder, sheeter and pizza deck. We will be using local organic Colorado flour as the soul of our kitchen. Lots of fermentation, making our own vinegars and anything else we can get our hands on. We also have a 19th floor indoor/outdoor rooftop bar, highest bar in Denver. We will be serving small worldly plates up there. It has view from Pikes Peak in the south all the way to Longs Peak in the north… Amazing. Great opportunity to cook high level food but not have to commute downtown! We are right across from the Belleview Station light rail and offer a free pass for anyone that works for us.
